Practical Observing with Bolton Astronomical Society

Members of the public are welcome to join Bolton Astronomical Society for this practical observing session. If the skies are clear telescopes will be setup outside for viewing the night sky, bring along your own telescope and get expert advice! The event will be relocated indoors if the weather is poor. Small fee for non-members.

- Event run by a local astronomical society often involving an in-depth presentation by a guest speaker with observing afterwards if weather permits. Most societies welcome members of the public to join them sometimes for a small fee or donation.
